一、简介

周军，555000Jc线路检测中心教授，博士生导师。先后就读于复旦大学、北京大学和美国埃默里大学，并在美国基因泰克公司和埃默里大学接受科研训练。曾担任南开大学555000Jc线路检测中心遗传学和细胞生物学系主任、副院长，美国佐治亚理工学院访问教授。现为中国细胞生物学学会资深理事，中国遗传学会理事，四种国际期刊的编委。主要从事细胞骨架、发育和疾病方面的研究，先后主持国家自然科学基金重点项目、国家重点研发计划课题等，作为通讯作者在国际期刊上发表了一系列论文，并主编了两部英文书籍。先后获得国家杰出青年科学基金、霍英东青年教师基金、霍英东青年教师奖一等奖、南开大学杰出教授、泰山学者学科领军人才等荣誉。

二、研究方向

主要从事细胞骨架、发育和疾病方面的研究，包括：(1)细胞骨架在细胞分裂、细胞运动和细胞连接中的动态行为及其在组织器官发育中的功能；(2)纤毛、纺锤体、中心体等微管动态结构的调控及其生理病理功能；(3)肿瘤等疾病发生发展的细胞骨架基础和新型诊治策略。
