研究方向:
1、食品安全快速检测方法研究:主要针对食品中的农兽药残留、雌激素干扰物类危害物等建立试纸条快速检测方法、光热传感器快速检测方法等。
2、潜在新型食品安全危害物的筛查、鉴定及风险评价:主要建立雌激素干扰物的非定向筛查方法,并将其用于食品加工过程中产生的潜在新型雌激素干扰物的筛查鉴定;建立纳米微塑料的定性定量检测方法,并将其用于食品中纳米微塑料残留的检测。
3、饮食因素对癌症转移的影响机理研究;循环肿瘤细胞在体捕获方法用于癌症早期诊断的研究等。
